Property Standards

All of our properties undergo rigorous safety checks, risk assessments and routine inspections to ensure that they are compliant with the relevant Housing Legislation. As standard, all of our properties will come with the following:

  • Furnished Bedrooms and Communal Areas (Where Applicable)
  • Essential White Goods
  • Clearly displayed House Rules and Expectations of the Tenant
  • Regular Cleaning of Communal Spaces in Shared Houses / HMO Approved Properties.
